Working virtually with our clients, we provide them with exceptional online service and delivery. An in person consultation or call can also be scheduled.

Determine Your Style
Pinterest and Instagram are great places to explore ideas and collect photos of jewellery you love. Think about your lifestyle, what style stands out for you and what wedding band you would like to add later on. It can be helpful to try on different styles at a jewellery store, to get an idea of what you like.

Send Us An Email
Reach out to us by sending us an email to tracey@kolmio.co.za. In this email, share pictures of the piece you're dreaming about with a rough budget. We'll start to unpack what details are most important to you - to help us source the perfect diamond for you.
Choose Your Diamond
Now that we have a clear vision of the design you like, we'll start looking for the perfect diamond. During this step we'll send you photos / videos of the diamonds we've sourced for you staying within range of your budget. With this process we’ll take you beyond the 4 C's to help you pick the perfect diamond. Diamond sourcing can take a few days, depending on what we are looking for.
Cost Estimate & Design
When you've picked your diamond, we'll send you a cost estimate to make the piece. A 70% deposit is paid to secure your stone and start with the final design process. From our initial design discussion, we’ll send you a picture of your design to give you an idea what the ring will look like. This takes approximately 1 week to do. When you're happy with the design, we'll start with production.
Production & Delivery
Once the design is set, production begins. Exceptional craftsmanship and skill is used to create your luxury piece. Each stone is expertly set and secured in place. It takes approximately 3 weeks to make your ring. Once the piece is finished, the balance of the payment is requested. Your piece is now ready to send with our courier. All our courier parcels are insured for goods in transit and also offer international shipping with DHL.
