Your order will be processed once full payment is received. Your piece is custom made just for you and it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to manufacture. Plain chains like The Beaded, The Herringbone, The Paperclip etc. only have a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Every effort will be made to have your piece with you as soon as possible.
Once you have signed to say you have received your order, it then becomes your responsibility. If someone else is signing to take delivery of your order (for example - having it delivered to your office or sending it as a gift) then you are accepting that their signature is proof of delivery and responsibility of that order is still transferred over to you.
We ship to physical addresses only, please make sure to provide us with your correct delivery details and make sure that someone will be able to receive the parcel upon delivery. Couriers deliver from Monday-Friday from 8:00-17:00.
In the event that you want us to collect a jewellery piece from you (for example - an item needs to be repaired), it is very important to package the item correctly as instructed by us. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost due to inaccurate packaging of an item.
Deliveries within South Africa take approximately 2-3 working days and for international deliveries 5-10 working days (depending on where you are) to arrive at your door.
We ship across borders with DHL express shipping. Kindly send us an email to get a quote if you don’t live in South Africa. You may be liable for import costs, taxes, permits and other product restrictions. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. Custom policies differ depending in which country you live, therefore we will not be liable for any custom or import duties and fees.
