+ I don't know what my ring size is?
You’re most welcome to make a quick appointment with me to get you size measured professionally. Alternatively, you can visit your local jeweller for peace of mind. Unfortunately, Kolmio cannot be held responsible for inaccurate sizes.
+ What if I need my ring resized?
In the event that your ring size has changed, we’ll be more than happy to resize your ring to a perfect fit. Sizing cost vary due to metal prices and labour costs. Should you require a resize, please contact me for a quote.
+ How long will it take for me to receive my Kolmio order?
Lead time on projects differ depending on material availability and workload. The magic happens in a small workshop, as a result custom orders will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Online purchases from our collection are made to order. From the day of purchase, it will take approximately 10 working days to manufacture your order. Add an additional 2-5 days if you wish to courier you purchase straight to your door.
+ How do I care for my jewellery properly?
You will be able to enjoy your bespoke jewellery piece for many years, but keep in mind that jewellery is precious and will only stay in a mint condition if you take care of it. Over time, factors like prolonged exposure to oxygen and the acidity of your skin may affect the colour and sheer of your jewellery. I will gladly re-polish and clean your jewellery pieces, should you wish to bring them in from time to time. Alternatively, you can clean your jewellery pieces softly with a toothbrush, hot running water and sunlight liquid or ammonia. Brush your jewellery pieces softly with a brush and rinse with clean water thereafter. White gold rings should be rhodium plated yearly if the industrial bright white colour is desired, but it can be left it in its natural form.
+ Can I exchange my order?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact me within 2 weeks and I will gladly swop the item for store credit if:
- the item is unworn and undamaged
- you send the product back at your own cost, in it’s original packaging, along with proof of payment
